Vintage Lucy Isaacs 32" LOVE Necklace This vintage Lucy Isaacs 32" necklace has over 33 antique charms, semi-precious stones, and hand-enameled heart lockets with a theme of "LOVE". Some of the lockets open so you can put a picture inside, others have moving parts. Some of the charms depict gold cupids and lovebirds, and hearts with a lock and key. The antique, hand enameled hearts are truly works of art with hand-painted flowers on the face of the locket.The signature Lucy Issaacs heart tag is located near the clasp.This necklace is all hand made by Lucy Issaacs. Her company was based in Manhattan, from 1968 to 2003. The pieces are no longer in production, therefore her jewelry is very limited or one of a kind. This necklace is of heirloom quality with semi-precious stones, charms, and antique glass elements. This necklace was purchased in NYC in 1992. She used the same chain for all of her pieces during this time and when the antique charms were gold she used a gold plate over sterling, when they were silver, she used sterling. This piece tests as pure metal, so it would be gold plated over sterling. This comes with a velvet gift box.Shipping includes insurance.
