Up for auction is a vintage 1968 Ludwig 9X13 Sky Blue Pearl tom in excellent condition.This is an original left side mount tom.Beautiful finish with no cracks, chips or rash...and no extra holes in the shell. The color is still a nice blue and has not greyed out, nor has it got that greenish tinge that many of them do. Desirable three ply clear maple shell with maple re-rings and an unmolested grommet. Interior is remarkably clean(see pic). Keystone badge #602049 is tight to the shell. Small scuff in the lower corner of the badge. Chrome is very nice...with minimal wear and some spots of scattered pitting on the lugs. Original hoops and correct T-rods top and bottom and a smooth working rotary damper in excellent condition. Double Ludwig washers on the tom mount and low mileage Remo coated heads on both the batter and resonant side.
