MADAME ALEXANDER DOLL 1965 Pussy Cat #5557 This auction is for a 1965 Madame Alexander Doll - Pussy Cat. She originally was purchased by my grandmother. She comes in her original box and she has two tags - one is attached to her wrist and says My Name is Pussy Cat - the other was in the box (the string has not been cut so it can probably just be slipped back onto her wrist). The second tag says A Madame Alexander Doll Pussy Cat. The tag attached to her wrist is in excellent condition...the loose tag is in fair condition (see photos). She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is wearing a pink outfit (an dress, an overcoat, panties, bonnet). The overcoat and bonnet are trimmed in matching lace....the overcoat is trimmed around the collar and sleeves, the bonnet is trimmed around the edge. The bonnet also has a silk bow that goes across the top, is attached at the sides and ties underneath Pussy Cat's chin. She also has white socks and pink booties. Her outfit is in good condition - it is a little wrinkled and there are a couple of stains. There are a couple of small orangish colored spots on the back of her right arm. There are a couple of dark lines (they almost look like pencil marks) and one smudge mark on the back of her left arm.
