This was my doll from the mid 1960's, and until recently was stored in a glass doll case. Polly is an 17" vintage Madame Alexander Doll. She has beautiful red hair with Pink sequins woven through it. Her sleep eyes still work and are quite vivid. Her pink gown has faded some; but there are no rips or tears. The elastic band for the netting is stretched out, and she is missing her earrings. She has both her shoes and stockings and her underpants. She is still quite lovely for her age. I did not try to clean her, as I thought it best to leave that to an expert.
