Vintage Madame Alexander Polly Ballet Outfit Ballet outfit is tagged and comes with Stockings and Flower Hair Piece Estate Sale Find Fits doll approx. 17" I don't see any stains or missing sequins. I see a tiny snag on top of her stocking near the elastic. Also a bit of tulle has pulled from the snap in the back and a little on the shoulder. Over all in very lovely vintage condition.
