Stock Pot. Pot size is not marked, however, it holds (bottom to top) 8 quarts of water. Pot is in good used condition. T are no major burn marks on the bottom (see pic), no warping/sits flat. T is some age related wear on the inside (see pic), but would not affect the use of the pot. Marked Magnalite 4738-P. PLEASE READ FINE PRINT. BORING BUT NECESSARY IF YOU INTEND TO BID . Ebay Invoices are sent within 24 hours of auctions ending time. If you do not receive on your end, please notify me asap. I will have no way of knowing you did not receive it. WHAT I SELL: 99.9% of what I sell is vintage or used and should be judged accordingly. A new item will be stated as such. All condition descriptions are solely the opinion of myself and what I see, so please be responsible and ask any and all questions you may feel are pertinent to that item. I am more than happy to answer them. I may leave something of importance out simply because I don't know. I buy what I think is interesting, unique or useful not because I'm an expert on that item. I do my best to point out any flaws such as: cracks, hairlines, chips, repairs, tears, stains, etc. General wear on vintage items will be stated as "general wear". A 30-50 year old items will rarely ever look like it just came off a store shelf, so please don't expect it to. People used their things. It will show signs of normal age and wear. Pictures posted or requested are considered part of the description. Questions answered below are also considered part of the description, so please scroll down past the posted pictures to see if potential bidders have asked anything. Please try and ask questions at least 24 hours before ending time. I start packing items 24 hours before ending date and I may have to go off memory or I may not be able to answer the question at all. EVERTHING IS SOLD IN "AS FOUND" CONDITION. All sales are final. I reserve the right to extend auction days if opening bid has not been placed within 24 hours to ending time. PAYMENT OPTIONS : Paypal (item ships after payment clears my bank account - 3-4 BUSINESS days). Once notification is received that your e-check has cleared, it's another 3 business days before it clears into my account. Using e-checks will take longer for you to receive your item.. Money Order (item ships same or next day after receiving). Personal Check (10 day hold. Item ships on 11th day). Payment is due within 7 days of ending date . Buyers will NO LONGER receive payment reminders. I am as busy as the next person and no longer have time to send email after email requesting payment. If payment does not arrive by the 7th day, a NON-PAYING BIDDER ALERT WILL BE FILED. If you notify me payment will be late, I will be happy to extend a few extra days. SHIPPING : Shipping rate is calculated by the weight and your zip code. I charge exact rate + $1.00 handling. Multiple win auctions are still only $1.00. I combine auctions as long as it is safe to do so. I only use USPS Priority. I no longer ship parcel post. The delivery time is too slow and buyers are never happy. I no longer use UPS or Fedex. The surcharges ($8.00 +) that the drop-off centers charge in my area are outrageous and rarely ever save you money. As they put it: "They need to make money too". Insurance is optional, but always recommended. I cannot and will not be held responsible for an item once it leaves my possession. Carrier will only reimburse for auction amount. Under no circumstances will shipping costs ever be reimbursed. The post office does not consider an item "lost" until after 30 days, so a reimbursement claim cannot be filed until then. Damaged goods (although I've never had that happen) needs to be taken to your local post office with all of the packing materials, so PLEASE DON'T THROW AWAY or you may not be reimb...
