Just in from An Estate Sale Vintage Magnavox Mini Radio TransistorModel 1R 1006 Serial Number 3819707 The dial marker turns ~ the on off volume knob turns and clicks ~ radio case is clean and shows little wear ~ dial face is not scratched ~ it looks like it is missing a marking plate (probably name plate see picture with arrow) t are two spots of glue residue I do not have the listed batteries so t has been no test to see if it plays.The "back off" picture shows a dial cord to turn the dial and the following battery info: 1.4Vx2, Neda No. 1105, Eveready E640, Mallory RM-640.The case is marked JAPAN It fits in the included red velvet gift case with the speaker side up and the dial facing the back hinged side of the gift case ~ it also has an attached chain with medal like disc (see photo). It measures - red case 4 1/2" x 3 5/8" x 1 1/2"radio 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" x 1"T is a Magnavox name plate on the top of the red case Check out my other items !More Estate Items listed.
