Dear Friends & fellow ebayers: This Dining Room Set was on ebay for 7 days and had many bidders going up to $3,500.00. After the set went off for $3,550.00 ebay pulled the deal claiming that the bidder had not authorized the bid. The ebay gestapo cancelled the whole transaction, claiming a breach of the bidders security, and I could not access the item # to make a second chance offer. This behavior by ebay has happened many times. As you can see I have exceptional ebay experience and feedback ( with the exception a a nut case once a year). With all due respect to those bidders who wanted this set...I had no chance to offer it to you...I apologize on ebays' behalf, to those who watched and bid on this item for 7 days. Ebay, a haven for criminal behavior, only punishes the innocent, they never chase the bad guys! Now...let's start over...if you would like to own what is probably the finest vintage mahogany DR set on the market today is a list of what you will get: Sold originally BETWEEN the 1920'S & the 1940'S BY STIEHL FURNITURE, NEW YORK 1 - Dining room table with 2 16" leaves - 64"L x 44"W x 29" high. Table can be 8ft. long with leaves 6- OVERSIZE chairs with original embroidered seat covers (1/2 again wider) 2 with arms 1 - Server with drop leaves on each side - 35"W x 16" deep x 36H 1 - Buffet - serpentine style front
