This is a beautiful vintage quality silverware chest in very nice vintage condition. The chest is approximately 18” wide , 12” deep, and 5” high. It is solid mahogany. The interior is a rich dark brown tarnish resistant fabric. The inside reads; TOWLE STERLING Pacfic Silver Lining. Silverware Chest. The chest holds a service for 12, and then some! T are stacking slots for forks and spoons, each 1 ½� high (these would hold quite a few pieces!) and the lid has slots for 12 knives. This is a nice solid box, no weakness at the hinges.
