we have a vintage Majolica platter that belonged to my Grandmother. I believe it dates back to the late 1800's, however this is not my area of expertise. It measures approximately 11" X 8 1/4". The design looks to me to be Aspen leaves ~ the colors are very beautiful. I see no maker or mark on this item. Condition wise t are several small nicks on the rim and several small chips underneath the rim. T are several small brownish spots on the front of the plate which are beneath the glaze which I am showing in the 3rd photo. This would make a great addition to your Majolica collection!
