You are bidding on a RARE Malcolm Moran original Bronze sculpture - 1972It has lovely beautiful patina, and it has a sweet subject..a young girl and her baby brother building a sand castle. It is mounted on beautiful wood base. The top of the sculpture's highest point is 4", the length of the wood base is 7", and the widest portion of the base is about 4 1/2". In excellent condition.Moran is a well known sculpture from Carmel, California. While in California, President & Mrs. Ford made a personal visit to the studio of Sculptor Malcolm Moran to invite him to appear at the White House for a one man show in coordination with the State Dinner for Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. Malcolm's sculptures were loaned by his famous collectors Ethel Kennedy, Senator John Glenn, Actor Clint Eastwood, Nelson Rockefeller, Ambassador Leonard Firestone and Bing Crosby.
