Vintage Cast Iron Pot Belly Wood Burning Stove This cast iron heating stove was manufactured by: NO MANCHESTER FOUNDRY CO. NO MANCHESTER, IND. NO. 12 Stove cast iron is in very nice condition, and complete. Stove would look great for decorating (maybe give it a new blackening paint job) This stove was being used up to not to long ago, but the owner bought a new and bigger capacity stove. This can be used for heating with again, would advise that new stove joint rope asbestos be replaced between the halves, available at any wood stove shop. Firepot is nice, grate is nice, feed door nice, ash door nice, damper controls nice. Measurements are: 34 ½" tall, approximate 24" in depth, 14" across inside the stove burn chamber, leg floor dimension 20"x 17", ash door opening 11" x 4 ½", stove pipe connection 4" x 7" and if t is any other dimensions you would like just ask. I have inspected the stove any t is only one crack in the lower heat chamber (which is in one of my pictures) and this would be an easy weld repair at any local welding shop. The crack is about 2 ½" long and is right in the bottom of one of the v grooves, very easy to get at, and just this lower section could be taken for the repair before re-roping.
