This vintage Map of Exmoor and the Quantock Hills, shows the Meets of the Devon and Somerset Staghounds. It was published by Barnicott & Pearce, The Wessex Press, Taunton on the scale of 2 miles to 1 inch. It is mounted on cloth and measures 56cm x 30cm when fully opened. There is no date printed but I would surmise that it dates from the 1930's or 1940's, but could be older. It is in excellent condition for it's age and is a "real find" for a stag hunting and / or Map enthusiast!
