CONDITION OF THIS PARTICULAR ITEM: Please We encourage watching the video to see all of the details about the item... remember, you can pause or replay any part of the video! This comes to us directly from one of our estate homes. It has been previously owned of course, and was in daily use by it's previous owner. It shows the patina of age and light normal wear here and there as you would expect of a used item, but in general the set looks very nice. I checked all over and found no major issues or hidden damage so you won't have any unexpected surprises. This could also use a good cleaning and fine detailing by it's next owner. Measurements: Headboard will accomodate a full or queen frame, measuring about 58" wide and 39" tall. Chest-on-chest highboy measures about 32" wide, 19" deep, and about 48.5" tall. Dresser measures about 49" wide, about 19" deep, and about 34" tall. The mirror measures about 37" by 26.5". Each nightstand is about 14" wide, about 14" deep, and about 28" tall.
