You are looking at a vintage #9 Marbles axe that pre-dates 1959. The head is about full and in very good condition. T are several very tiny pinpoint pits and t that I mention for accuracy. They do not detract from the quality look of the axe. The original sheath is an old one with the "Marble Gladstone Mich." snap. The leather is in great shape with no cuts and the rivets are good. The original sheath is rarer than the axe. The 14-inch goat foots handle is in excellent condition and has a nice time-worn smooth finish to it. Feel free to ask questions or ask for more pictures.
