Auction is for a Vintage Brass Marble Survival Compass worn on the wrist, the band is 9 1/2" long the face of the compass is 1".Doing a little research on this item before it was listed I learned that Marbles Brass compasses were worn byTeddy Roosevelt, Admiral's Perry and Byrd, and on the jacket of every bomber flight jacket since WWII! The brass Marble compass is one of the best brass compasses available. The Compass was made by The Marble Corporation of Gladstone ...Michigan USA. I do not see a date on the compass but it may be under the wrist band and is fits quite snugly attached to the compass and I didnt want to mare the leather, the leather of the wrist band is in very good condition with some light cracks around some of the holesand has a little discoloring w it was worn.If you have any questions or would like to see more pictures just ask.Bidders with excessive negatives and bidders zero feedback please contact me before bigging or you bid may be canceled.I ask that you contact me within 3 days of winning the item with payment or to make payment arrangements, payment in full is expected within 1 week of winning the item or it will be relisted.
