NOTE CONDITION RATING FOR THIS LOCO IS C-2 RESTORATION REQUIREDPhysical appearance may be better, look at photos and decide accordingly. Loco shows significant signs of use and playwear, with paint chips, flecks, wear marks, etc. THERE MAY BE MISSING PARTS.From an estate, a Marklin 34157 SNCF French Railways Freight service steam loco with tender, SNCF class 150Y (former DRG/DB class 52) ; Kolls version 1, made 1996 only.MAJOR RESTORATION ISSUES:-Loco does not run properly: (runs for a few minutes, then stops dead, decoder smokes, smells. After a cool off period, runs fine again for a bit then stops and the cycle starts all over again).-Original DELTA electronics replaced by a full digital Marklin decoder conversion. Despite operational/electronics issues noted above, the loco engine and tender body appear to be in very good condition Original box in poor condition (lots of marks and writing) and instruction booklet included. Clear plastic cradle end tab broken, sleeve has cracks.Old Marklin M track shown in photos not included in the auction Please view photos as they are an integral part of the description .
