Up For Auction: Vintage Marx # 4355 Electric Steam Freight Train Set in Original Box. The Original box is in pretty rough shape but for its age which has to be 1950 to early 1960's not sure. Set includes all the following items:Marx Steam Engine # 400 Black Plastic and metal, has some very very light rust, scuffs, scrapes, needs cleaning. In fairly good condition. Marx New York Central Tender Coal Car black, with some very minor rust , scrapes, scuffs and needs cleaning. Marx Cities Service Tank Car # 2532 Green, minor scrapes and needs cleaning. American Flyer Box Car Yellow # 639, very very light rust, scrapes, scuffs and needs cleaning. Marx LV Car Black # 21913, Light rust, scrapes, scuffs, and needs cleaning. Marx Flat Car Erie, Brown, very minor rust, scrapes and needs cleaning. Marx NYC Cabose Red , light rust, scrapes, scuffs, and needs cleaning. Train Track 4- straight sections, and 10- curved sections, with some minor rust and needs cleaning. Louis Marx Toy Transformer # 309, power cord is missing from transformer. Has one lock-on clip included. All above seem to be in fairly good condition for there age. I have no way of testing engine or cars. I acquired this set at an estate sale and selling all as is.
