vintage Marx "Lumar Contractors" pressed steel dump truck, with a hand shovel, a rare piece that is still with the truck, the body of this truck is very good condition with slight ware, on the hood of the truck right under the windshield, looks to have very small dents both sides, and there are a few light scratches, they do not go all the way through the paint. no rust , the dump on the truck has ware, the very front of the dump on top and underneath has paint loss and light surface rust, and the back of the dump, the swinging door most of the paint is gone and it has surface rust, and the back sides are the same, dont know how this damage was done, its a little odd. the stickers both sides (Lumar Contractors) with the Marx logo in the middle are very good condition, the Tires are a pressed steel litho, very good condition, little ware, they have Louis Marx & Co, Inc N.Y. 750 x 20. on the sides, roll well. and the steel Shovel has ware, some paint loss and some surface rust. shovel is 8" inches long 2 1/2" inches wide. the truck is, 17" inches long 7 1/2" inches wide 7" inches tall. made in the U.S.A. 1940's-1950's ..*********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** read more
