This auction is for a VINTAGE MASTERCRAFTERS SWINGING BIRD MOTION CLOCK WITH LIGHED DIAL AND MOTION AREA MODEL 335. The clock dial is marked MASTERCRAFTERS, MADE BY SESSIONS and the back is marked MASTERCRAFTERS CLOCK AND RADIO COMPANY 216 CLINTON ST. CHICAGO 6 ILL. (MODEL NUMBER 335) PAT NOS 2507026,D157879 & D157988 - other patents pending along with some other information. This clock has the ORIGINAL MASTERCRAFTERS #11 SESSION TYPE MOVEMENT ( MOTOR ). The clock case is plastic or bakelite, I've seen them listed on E-Bay as bakelite. I'm not sure I think the clock dates around 1950? This clock is in "Mint CONDITION" in my opinion, I see no defects. You be the judge. This is a REAL BEAUTY the clock case is just stunning with the marbleized reds and other colors and the yellow dial is just stunning as you can see in the pictures. I've never seen a clock case this beautiful and I'm sure you'll agree. Now the best part: THE CLOCK KEEPS ACCURATE TIME, THE DIAL LIGHTS UP AS WELL AS THE MOTION AREA AND THE LITTLE BIRD SWINGS BACK AND FORTH AS IT SHOULD. The clock dial is very visible at night with the light up dial and the lighted motion area of the bird on a swing. I'm not the original owner of the clock and I described it to the best of my ability but if you have any questions I will try and answer them. I started my price at what my reserve would of been so the clock will sell to the highest bidder. I do not combine shipping on vintage motion clocks.
