This unnumbered issue of the Chicago-based "Mattachine Midwest" from August 1970 (see enlarged photo 2 below) features gay-related news, editorials, etc. -- and offers an interesting glimpse into the Stonewall period of GLBT history. This vintage, 6-page, stapled, digest-size newsletter is in very good to good condition; a real collector's item with no missing pages, no tears, no writing and virtually no spine wear, but points lost for minor edge wear in the lower right front cover corner and cover wear limited only to 1 vertical fold mark -- presumably from its original mailing (see photo 1 below).
