A Set of two MAYES Vintage Ring Plumb and Ring Levelswere manufactured in Johnson City, Tennessee in the early 1960's.I found these Mint items still in original boxes with instruction sheets in my Father's Estate.He was an Electrician and later Electrical Inspector.They have never been used.I talked with the V.P and General Manager of MAYES BROS. Company back in 2004and he stated that these ring levels were made in the 1960's and were discontinued in the early 1970's. They are made of anodized aluminum.Engraved on both items are "MAYES-Johnson City, Tenn- Patent Pending"I was also told that they knew of only two other existing sets, other than this set.A very nice set for the avid level and plumb collector.Postage will be $3.00 First Class Mail, Insurance optional
