This auction is for a beautiful vintage McCoy "Mr and Mrs Owl" cookie jar. This cookie jar is in great condition for its age - the usual "crazing" for something this old, and the colors are amazing. The cold paint is in overall good condition compared to other cookie jars with the same type of paint (~90%+/-). The jar states "COOKIES" on the lower front, and "When Shadows Fall" on the lower back. The jar has one chip - the outer edge of Mrs Owls hat (see pic). Overall a nice old cookie jar in good condition.
