Vintage McCoy Uncle Sam bust Planter White w/Stars No cracks or crazing -Small chips on hat rim-See Photo-Very Good Collector condition approx 7 1/2" H x 6" D x 5 1/2" W Up for your consideration are a number of beautiful McCoy, Shawnee and other pottery pieces, a large number of which are Vases, Miniature Vases, figurines and planters such as this patriotic McCoy Lincoln Bust. If this isn't quite what you're looking for, please take a look at my other auctions. This McCoy planter is not very uncommon, but it is still not the easiest McCoy creation to find. The subtle incorporation of the stars & stripes theme in the design is a matter of artistic mastery. This endearing design, combined with the neutral eggshell white color makes this piece demand attention and respect. It is a wonderful blend of vintage style and craftsmanship.
