This is a very nice collectible.. Boehm Surgical Instrument Corp. Rochester NY is on the box and on equipment. I believe this to be late 1800's to early 1900's circa.. I will give you my best description...box is missing one latch but still closes well with the other.. I believe this to be sterling silver 2 oto-ophthalmoscope light bulb a tongue depresser all together is 12 pieces to this kit... Please ask any questions..maybe I can give you a better description that way. These pieces are very very nice...they were kept with respect.
