This is an old desk plane made of a heavy metal. The base for it to sit on is plastic and measures about 2" x 5" and reads " USAF A7D 1/48 scale LTV Aerospace Corporation". It is about 4" high with one metal pin to hold plane. The plane has a spot for two pins adn this base does not look like a pin has been broken off. I know the two were found together. The plane is a heavy metal and measures about 19" in length. It's wing span is about 18". Tail span is about 5". I did wipe it down but it could use a more intimate cleaning. It is a military light green and yellow. Small painted tag toward nose reads " 0711" then "U.S.Air Force" Red white and blue star and stripes on left wing and left mid section toward tail. On tail it reads " Military Airlift Command" and has a shield emblem underneath. Tail has U.S. Flag with "MAC" under it "60711" under that. Windows painted on front. Same markings on other side except wing has USAF on it. The nose has wore paint which I think you can see in the picture. T are a couple paint chips on the body of the plane. Some paint wear as well as a few paint chips on wings. One corner of one wing had a small ding at the tip. The tail has some larger chipping on top as well as underneath. Some wear on under belly of plane. I have many more pictures of each flaw. Please feel free to email me your address and read more
