This is a wonderful old set of Christmas Figures. T are 29 pieces in this set. They are molded, I believe from lead and were manufactured in Germany. The flat stands that make them able to stand up are stamped Germany. T are 2 lamp posts, 2 pine trees, 1 bush, several musicians and carolers, 1 snowman, a gentleman with a cook stove, boy throwing snow ball, several ice skaters and 2 horses pulling a sleigh and large sled wagon. These pieces are in excellent condition for their age, yes, t is some paint missing in spots because they are so old. One of the lamp posts is slightly bent and an ice skater's hat is just a bit off kilter, maybe from the fall. As far as I can tell the rest of the pieces are okay. I know these are more than 50 years old since they have been in my family since my oldest sister was a child and she is now retired for more than 20 years. They are from The Murvon Company in Norwalk, Conn. They come in the box they were shipped in and that is the size of a checkbook box. The stamps on the box have five 4 cent stamps on it and a 1 cent stamp. T is not even a zip code on the box w it was shipped to, that was a very long time ago.
