Vintage necklace and earrings which are marked with a crown with "STERLING MEXICO" beneath it. Necklace is 17" in length and the pierced earrings are 1.25". Necklace consists of five pear shaped amethysts delicately connected with what looks to be hand made rings with three drop spacers in between each stone. Around each stone, Colonial style "S" shapes are counterbalanced by drops of silver. The clasp is very old fashioned, with a wire silver triangle connecting to a pressure clasp. Earrings are the same motif. All pieces are in good vintage condition. Great example of early Mexican silver craftsmanship. The items we have are vintage, and may have minor imperfections due to age or wear. Please consider that imperfections do not necessarily equate damage. Please ask questions before you bid, as we do not take returns. Thanks.
