This is a really cool survivor. He is waving with his left hand. This is the one from the early times. I have been told from the early 1900's but i am not sure.?????? Checked others and they are all asking over $200.00 Show some wear and paint rubbing but all in all looks pretty good. Nice collectible for Banks, Cast Iron or Disney Collectors!!
