Beautiful Blue bezel, with building, what skills it must have been to place each one of these little tiles? Most likely Old Italian made. I see no makers mark. I wondered because of the pin extending from the side if at one time in the past a newer pin back was placed on it or that is just the way it was made. I see no missing tiles. Measures, aprox. 1" x 7/8". has what looks like an old sterling roped setting or bezel. Thank you for looking. Good Luck.
