Presenting a 1960's Peter Marsh style chunk colored glass table / desk lamp. This large impressive lamp measures approx. 22" high with a 10" diameter shade. The feet are approx. 12 1/2" apart. It is made of wrought iron with a chunky glass shade. It comes with a period approx. 6' cord with a USA made "Eagle" in line switch. The lamp was found in storage. It had the light bulb in it that you see next to the plug and switch. The bulb does not work but probably the right type of bulb for it as the bulb is visible depending on the angle. It is similar to the now popular Edison reproduction bulbs. I will ship along with the lamp.The lamp is in good vintage good condition with a few minor issues. The solder on one of the wrought iron arms has released from the main shaft. It is tight against the shaft and very stable. You only know it is loose when inspecting closely. It looks like someone used a spot of JB Weld (cold epoxy solder) at one time and that has also released. There are some rust areas typical of vintage iron lamps and some voids at old solder areas. The shade and glass chunks appear to be in original condition.The lamp will be professionally packed and shipped UPS. You pay for shipping only, not the packing service or materials.
