For Sale:A lemon yellow and blue set of Italian mid century modern orange peel - lava glazed canisters. They are all signed "ITALY" on the bottom along with numbers. The large canister is in fair condition. It measures 8" high by 6.25" across while the other yellow one and the blue one measure 7" high and 5.5" across. The large canister has several chips (8 total - see pics 6, 7, and 8) around the top rim of the lid and also a chip on the top neck of the canister (very small). They have been touched up with acrylic water based paint (will come off with scrubbing) to be less noticable. There are two stains/dots (looks like rust or coffee) on the large canister. One at the bottom and one on the lid (see pics 7, 8, and 9). The small yellow canister is in fair condition with only 3 small chips to the top inside rim (see pics 4 and 5). It does have a stain/dot below the neck on the upper part of the canister along with a hairline crack about 2" long (this does go through to the inside and you can feel a chip inside as well). Also the lid has what looks like a coffee stain ring. The blue canister is in good condition with out any major chips or cracks but does have some glaze loss on the top of the inside rim (see pic 3). Please keep in mind that the chips or glaze loss on the inside rims can not be seen when the lids are in place. The
