This is a great luncheon/dessert set, originally purchased in 1952. Each piece is marked with the Westmoreland Glass mark. T are 46 pieces altogether which include seven (7) 7 1/2" plates, nine (9) 6" plates, eight (8) 4 1/2" nappy bowls, eleven (11) teacups, eleven (11) saucers, a covered creamer and a covered sugar. Each piece is decorated in a fruit theme: blackberries, peaches, strawberries, pears and apples. The creamer and sugar has a unique fruit theme on each separate side and the designs are raised. The lids of the creamer and sugar are not interchangeable. All pieces are in excellent condition but for a 1/4" flake on the rim of the sugar bowl which cannot be seen but can be felt. None of the pieces show any wear on the designs. This is a great set in this very popular Westmoreland style. Visit our online shop 5th Avenue Antiques at Ruby Lane
