Vintage Milk Glass Plate With The Presidents Stamps

Up for Auction today is a very old milk glass lattice square plate with old cloth weaved into the lattice and pictures of 24 President Stamps around inside edge with 2 flags in the middle an written Long May It Wave and a design around it. I believe all of it including the flags, writing and design are all made out of stamps. The cloth trim around it is very worn and t is some red color dripped? on the bow. The one part of the M in May is worn off also. This is a great work of art! The plate itself is in Excellent Condition. No chips or cracks. The plate measures about 8 1/2 inches square.
