For sale is a rare and unique ,vintage ,cigar cutter/nipper designed into a small folding knife. The knife is marked "Miller Brothers U.S.A. ". The handles appear to be brass with an attractive crosshatch pattern on each side. The blade is tight to the handle and has a stiff open/close. The blade is sharp with some minor edge nicks; there is some age darkening of the Carbon steel of the blade. The cutter measures 2 3/8" closed and 4" open. The cutter hole is 3/8" across.There is a ring at top end for attachment to a watch chain .A great item for cigar cutter or pocket knife collection.
