Vintage mint "Stanley" number-79 rabbit plane in the original box. Made in the U.S.A. With original fence. Plane is late production, possible 1960s or 1970s. Logo is crisp and clear. I purchased this locally along with some other tools that I will be listing in the next few days. Condition: mint-unused, no-breaks to cast-iron body, original fence and screws as per picture, nickle approx.100% and bright as per pictures, nice crisp logo, original cutters, the only thing I see is that 1-fence screw does not look as perfect as rest of plane and might be a replacement and 1-washer is missing. A beautiful piece. Selling as-is with no reserve and no return, as-is means just that, no return. We have had problems with some buyers (watch buyers) who bid on an item to get it then remove parts and then want thier money back, we will not do that! So if you are one of these people, do not bid!
