Stunning FINE VINTAGE MINTON CHINA DINNER PLATES FULL SET 12 GILT FLOWERS RED BLACK GOLD a special and magnificent set marked for 1942 with the wonderful WWII "V" for Victory incise date mark.These are Classic fine and magnificently hand decorated beauties in striking colors, made in Stoke On Trent England by the Fabulous Minton pottery. This set is marked with "Mintons England" crown, globe and wreath, pattern H4861, and Finest English porcelain china hand decorated in multiple black and gilt rings around a striking wide red band; around several elegant gilt floral bouquets on a splendid bright white background. Each of these great large Dinner Plates measures 10 3/4 inches in diameter; All twelve are in Excellent Condition; no chips, cracks or crazing; slightest tiny wear to red band. The design is most striking and elegant with a classy, gorgeous and distinctive look. This is a fine set that is likely to turn heads ... hard to find and fabulous!
