License plate topper. From what I was told it was from the California Wold's Fair held in 1939. I am sure that this is a original piece as it has age spots that can only be done over time. It is in good shape with only rust on the back light fading and light rust on the bottom of the bracket and some staining that I never tried to take off. This piece was found in box from an estate of a 83 year old car nut. About 6" wide by 5 1/2" high
