Up for auction is a totally cool mod green fondue set. Made in the late 60's or early 70's, this set contains fondue pot with lid that has a porcelain coating on the inside and the outside, black metal pot base and fork holder, an alcohol burner, matching underplate, and 6 multi colored tip fondue forks. Condition for the set is excellent, with the exception of the underplate. It looks as if the black metal base were put on the plate wet. T is paint loss w the leg sits. Not noticeable when all put together. Alcohol burner uses isopropyl alcohol availible at home or grocery stores. This type of alcohol burns the cleanest of fuels and has been termed eco friendly. Burner has a pivoting cover to control the size of the flame. Chocolate, cheese and your favorite other recipes could make this the center of your next gathering. Fondue recipes can be found on the web to impress your family and friends. Also looks good sitting out on your counter. Thanks for looking and good luck!
