This is a great old Motor Oil Bottle with the original pouring spout and cap. The metal spout and cap do have some rust but screw on and off easily and I'm sure could be cleaned by an expert. I have not cleaned out the inside so t may still be some old oil residue. T is raised type running around the bottom outside of the bottle that reads: "Shields, Harper & Co. Los Angeles, Oakland, Portland, Seattle". T are some numbers on the bottom; 6616-0, 8. The bottle with the spout and cap stand 15" and the bottle alone is 9". I don't know the exact age of this piece but it is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. If you would like more pictures, I would be glad to email them to you .
