Thisauction consists of a Vintage Mottahedeh Lowestoft Reproduction Celebration Cup This piece is an outstanding reproduction of 18th century Lowestoft china. China has pearlescent color and hand painted decoration with stunning gold guilding. This piece pre-dates the transfer decorated production pieces now made by Mottahedeh. Without the Mottahedeh inscription markings on the base, this piece could easily be confused for period Lowestoft china. Cup height: 7 7/8 Cup width: 8 3/8 Cup depth: 6 ¼ Marks include: Lowestoft reproduction created by Mottahedeh, and inscribed Mottahedeh Perfect condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or damage.
