Vintage MSA Comfo-Cap Coal Miner's Helmet with original leather and fabric lining and string. I believe this is made of fiberglass. Looks great, certainly was used, still soot, dirt and scratches on it - but no cracks, chips, or areas of loss. The front is marked MSA Comfo-Cap as shown, and above it is a riveted metal bracket that I believe is w the light attaches. T is original shoelace type string running through the base for size, that leads into original leather button clasp on back. Inside is the original leather and fabric lining, with again shoelace type string threaded through for sizing. The condition seems excellent - this is probably exactly how you want them to look, but it could clean up. T are general scraps and marks throughout the outside of the hat as it was obviously in service for some time.
