Vintage 1950s Napco? of Japan Head Vase. Elegant woman in wide brimmed hat with large white ribbon bowtie trimmed with gold. Scalloped neckline on long sleeved dress, black with white polkadots. Black gloves. Blond flowing hair, amazing eyelashes, and makeup. Marked: c 348 A. Probably Napco. 7" high. Condition: no damage, no repairs. Inside greatly in need of cleaning with vinegar, lime-away, or some such. All needs washing. Rim is perfect but limed up, see photos.
