NAPCO NAPCOWARE .... C 3815 ... Beautiful Blonde Lady With Tilted Hat ... HEAD VASE 5" tall x 4" wide ..... the only one I've seen just like her, on eBay. No flaws that I can see... from the top of her gold glittery hat to the base Original foil label on the bottom. This sat on a bathroom shelf at my grandparents' home for as long as I remember ------------------------------ I will be moving from Michigan to South Carolina the middle of June, 2011.
