Vintage National Pressure Cooker This is a large Vintage #7 National pressure cooker with canning rack. It looks to be quite old and needs a good cleaning, inside is pretty clean. It looks like one of the handles on the lid has been replaced, one is a black bakelite type plastic and the other is wood with the varnish worn, the pot has wood handles (also worn) and all are nice and tight. The 20 PSI gauge looks like new so I am not sure if it has been replaced. It has a metal canning rack inside (it has some oxidation), I believe it would probably hold at least 6-7 quart jars. The metal plate on the lid reads: National, National Pressure Cooker Co., Eau Claire, Wisc. USA. I am not sure of the capacity, it measures approximately 7 1/2" tall and is 13" in diameter and it is heavy. Please email any questions! Thanks for looking!
