This vintage necklace features three pendants that hang from a handmade sterling chain. The central pendant features a free form cab of rare natural spider webbed Morenci turquoise. The color is a desirable deep blue with a blueish black spider webbed matrix with silver pyrite throughout. The stone is in excellent condition with no damage. It is approximately 7/8th of an inch long and about half an inch wide, forming a polished oval dome that sits about 8 mm deep. The turquoise cab is surrounded by a smooth bezel that hugs the stone tightly. The Morenci mine is closed and the turquoise from this mine is highly collectible. The artist was obviously proud of this stone and wanted to feature it in the center of this necklace. Flanking each side is a beautiful pendant featuring natural Mediterranean coral. The pieces of coral are approximately an inch long and about 3/8th inches wide at their widest point. Each piece is surrounded in the same smooth bezel as the turquoise, both pieces tight with no movement. The corals are in perfect condition, again, with no damage. The color is a natural deep red and the surface has all the identifying marks of Mediterranean coral that is loved and also highly collectible.
