This is a 10 karat yellow gold ring, size 7.5, with the insignia of the U. S. Navy WAVES front and center. The shield at one side has been engraved with the initials "JG." There is no other engraving. The interior of the band is stamped with the hallmark of Metal Arts Company, Inc. of Rochester, NY, and "10K" beneath that. This ring is circa World War II. The condition is excellent, with no breaks, dents, warps or other problems. Perhaps in need of cleaning.
