Thank you for Taking time to Look at this Charming Piece of Art work. I Bought it years ago at a swap meet, it was so beautiful I had to buy it, even thow It did not match my Shabby Chic living room, it was Stunning. So I don't need it any more and hope someone will enjoy it. I know nothing about needlepoint but will try to explain the best I know how and I took lots of pictures. It measures about 47 inches long by 21 inches wide. It is lined on the back with I believe lenin (Color of brown cardboard almost) t is some water stains on back. The border has a twisted cord with 2 hoops on all 4 corners (Maybe for hanging). Now the pretty part, A victorian Country French man and lady in center with floral design and flowing ribbon and bows around and on each side, both sides are different. Left side has a shovel around the colorful flowers and the other side has a musical instrument and roses. Just beautiful. The outside border is in solid 3" dark brown needlepoint. Now the bad news, I see either missed stitches or the stitch is gone. How scary!!! I never noticed it before but then Iam looking with a magnifying glass. The pictures with the penny s show the damage, very very tiny, but t are a few. The twelfth picture is a dime next to damage. Maybe you can use it, hang on your wall, put this under glass or maybe cover a piano bench. Iam not sure how old it is, But It is extremely nice. I have Money back guarantee if you are not pleased, send it back to me at your expense and I will return your money. If any questions please ask and I will try to answer. Thank you
