It is in its original box in mint condition.The only thing we can see wrong with the toy is it is missing the umbrella. Please note the box has some wear to the bottom of it. Please see pictures. You heard it right a brand new toy from the 1950's!! T has never even been a battery put in this bear! Watch this jolly bear with his swaying motion, pedalling his popcorn cart down the street.
