Vintage Nickel Silver Soldered Hotel Teapot Reed Barton! This is a a very neat old teapot. The teapot was made for The Hotel New Weston, a famous Madison Avenue, New York City hotel which opened in 1906. The teapot has the Reed & Barton embossed on the underside and the numbers (see pics) and name of the hotel. Imagine all of the history of this teapot. This was a very desirable hotel, according to our research it was especially desirable for ladies traveling alone ( quoted in a 1940 newspaper article). Teapot measures about 7 inches tall and 7 inches across at widest point. Neat vintage item! We have been eBaying for over seven years now under PrecisionBluing and ISellVintage1, but we decided to start selling together and so we've started out under ItsAllOurVault!
